I'm not sure whether it was a a mid-life crisis, madness or just the fulfilment of a long held dream, but I've just returned from a 340km cycle ride to help some of the poorest and most needy children in the world. I started in Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) and ended in the Cambodian town of Siem Reap. During our trip we visited the 60 children at the orphanage itself for whom this challenge was all about....

We're here! Survived the flight. Two hours in Sin (!) and another two hour flight ahead of us to Ho Chi Minh. Need this....
