I'm not sure whether it was a a mid-life crisis, madness or just the fulfilment of a long held dream, but I've just returned from a 340km cycle ride to help some of the poorest and most needy children in the world. I started in Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) and ended in the Cambodian town of Siem Reap. During our trip we visited the 60 children at the orphanage itself for whom this challenge was all about....

We're back on UK soil
That's it. It's all over.
After a very long and very very bumpy flight home we have just landed at Heathrow Terminal 3 on schedule at 0555.
2 degrees outside apparently- that'll take some getting used to!
